About Pulley Boys

Undoubtedly the best bang for the buck modification for owners of supercharged engines is a smaller pulley on the supercharger. Turning the supercharger at a faster rpm produces more boost and more horsepower!

Pulley Boys pulleys are designed and manufactured to be a direct replacement for the OEM pulleys on Eaton superchargers.

Pulley Boys press fit pulleys are made from billet AISI/ASE 1144 Stress proof round bar (medium carbon steel) for great machining properties and durability. Pulley Boys keyed pulleys are made from billet 6061 T6 aluminum alloy.

The V-rib surfaces that contact the drive belt are very important so Pulley Boys manufacture to the close ANSI/RMA dimensional requirements to ensure a proper belt grip.
